
Project Administrator
We are looking for a talented Administrator to join our team in our Newly Refurbished Offices in Leeds.
The Role.
The main role of the Tender Project Administrator will be to provide administrative support to the bid team and coordinate information effectively across other departments, to identify and action new business opportunities.
Within this role, you will:
- Manage various tender portals; carrying out day to day administration, including downloading and distributing information and messages; submitting completed tenders.
- Coordinate & collate tender responses, ensuring document version control and timely submission.
- Ensure any bid and proposal documentation is formatted and presented in a professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a library and database of information, including: standard company information, model submissions and project case studies.
- Also be responsible for maintaining company details on supplier accreditation schemes; completing initial registrations and expressions of interest.
There will also be the opportunity to work with other teams within the business, supporting the delivery of their roles, learning new skills and developing future opportunities for your career growth.
Desirable Skills
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Experienced administrative skills - working on multiple projects and/or to multiple deadlines.
- Attention to detail - ability to generate grammatically and visually sound documentation.
- Excellent PC skills and extensive experience working with the complete Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to work well within a team and when required, to your own initiative.
- Good problem solving, planning and organisational skills.
- Some experience and understanding of a tendering process is desirable but is not essential.
For this role, hybrid working will also be considered.
