Scrub Nurse/ODP

An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a committed Scrub Nurse/ODP to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Chelmsford, Essex area.

You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This hospital provides a wide range of services including Surgery, Medicine, Oncology, Plastic and Cosmetic surgery, and Paediatrics.

They are continually introducing new technology to ensure they provide the best experience for patients and support for their hard working teams and have just opened 2 additional purpose built theatres

As a Scrub Nurse/ODP your key duties include:

• Provide high quality, effective, individualised care to all patients that is compassionate and caring.


• Assess care needs and develop, implement and evaluate them without supervision


• Keep up to date with skills and knowledge

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Your registration should not have any restrictions or conditions


• Experience in paediatrics desirable


• ALS/EPALS certificate desirable.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business

The successful Scrub Nurse/ODP will receive an excellent salary up to £40,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week.
