Service care Solutions may have the perfect role for you! We are currently looking for mental health support workers to work on the NHS acute inpatient wards across Sussex.

Within this role you will be required to support patients with day to day living on the wards, completing 1-1 observations and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to asses and implement care plans.

Full and part time hours are available and the successful candidate will be able to choose their own working pattern.

To be considered for this role you will need to have at least 6 months previous experience.
