I have a post for an experienced Joiner to join a Day to Day Repairs Team covering the Lewisham area.

The role -

Working with the scheduled repairs and maintenance team, you will be working in occupied properties covering a dedicated patch of London

You will carry out general building repairs, maintenance, minor adaptations and renewals ranging from basic, Joinery, Installs, minor tiling, attaching skirtings, repairs to door frames etc, general basic DIY tasks.

We need someone that can carry out works to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction and complete works ‘Right First Time'.

Please note you will need your own transport for this role.

Requirements needed to apply.

A full driving licence required.

Own Vehicle.


Experience in Domestic repairs and maintenance.
