I am hiring for an Electrician To be responsible for completing a range of Repair & Maintenance work for Tenants and voids properties within the Borough of Lewisham.

You will need your own vehicle for this role.

Ideally you will have your own Van but this is not essential.



Responsibilities:

1.

Carry out a range of specified Electrical repair works as a member of a multi-skilled team.



2.

Undertake inspection activities as directed by Supervisor/Management.



3.

Work on a rota basis on Night Call Out in which an additional allowance is payable.

4.

From time to time as when required by management assist in emergency call outs (for example as a result of bad weather, vandalism, fire etc).



5.

Work in a range of properties throughout the Borough, including occupied tenancies and offices and unoccupied buildings.

Essential Qualifications:
, City and Guilds 236 Pt 1 & 2 (or NVQ Level 3).
, 18th edition
, C&G 2391 Inspect and Testing (or equivalent)
, Full UK Driver License.
