Service Care Solutions are currently working with a Local Authority based in Greater Manchester who are recruiting for an Estates Assistant with a Full UK Driving Licence.

The role holder will provide a flexible, seamless, customer focused service undertaking a variety of tasks to a high quality standard to maintain a clean, safe and secure working environment for all visitors and employees.

Flexibility to work unsocial hours, including weekends and evenings to meet the needs of the service.

Key duties will include but not be limited to Physical labour (Fix potholes, fences, gates, drains, play area equipment), van & flatbed driving, working independently and as part of a team.



Ideally, the candidate will have experience of using hand held technical devices and have a Full UK Clean Driving Licence.
