Business Improvement Analyst

Job Title: Business Improvement Analyst
Work Pattern: 37 hours per week
Contract: Temp 18 months
Location: SO43 Lyndhurst
Job Role -
Our client is looking for a business improvement analyst to support with improvement activity within the Operations department.

This will be a combination of improving existing processes and behaviours to increase efficiency, and supporting the configuration and implementation of new software which will automate and/or simplify existing back office processes.
Candidate Requirements -



  • Business Process Improvement skills, including data analysis, identifying waste, root cause problem solving, future state design etc.

    Experience of using tools, methodologies and approaches associated with Lean, Service Design, or operating model design etc would be ideal.

  • Business modelling, process mapping and testing

  • Systems analysis - the candidate will be supporting the translation of processes into a new third party ICT system

  • Customer and user experience - identifying business and user needs/requirements and incorporating these into designs

  • Ability to establish KPIs to monitor performance/success

  • Experience of IT implementation, including test plans and rollout

  • Stakeholder relationship management

  • Ability to influence staff at all levels, as well as coaching and upskilling staff

  • Experience of delivering/managing change
