Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a temporary Accommodation Officer to work within the Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.

This role will be based at home for a whole, however will require the post holder to travel to site once a week, the site you will be expected to work at will be based in Littlemore, Oxford.

Hours
37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
9-5 basis

Rates
£11.47 PAYE ( £14.04) paid weekly via an umbrella company.

Main Duties
To undergo Accommodation work, which could involve duties such as:

• Processing new tenancies,


• registration their interests,


• allocating them a new flat,


• completing the contract and obtaining deposits.


• The role holder will also assist with the process when tenants leave the accommodation block.
  
  This work will extend to 2x days per week until the end date of the assignment.


• Carenotes trained if possible
