Band 2 NHS Health Improvement Team Administrator


Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a temporary Band 2 NHS Health Improvements Team Administrator to work within the Oxford Health NHS Trusts on a temporary agency contact.

This role will be based at the Littlemore site in Oxford, this will be on a 2 month temporary contract with possible extension.

Hours
15/16 hours per week (The hours may be worked over 2 or 3 days with a Monday or a Wednesday as a definite working day)

Rates
£9.84 PAYE ( £11.93Ltd) paid weekly via an umbrella company.

Main Duties
To undergo administrative work and provide secretarial support to the dental team within the hospital.

This will include being the first point of contact for team/ department, which could involve duties such as:



  • Meeting and greeting visitors

  • Directing telephone calls

  • Receiving initial enquiries

  • Supporting the Oral Health Improvement team

  • Researching and creating original and imaginative Oral Public Health Campaign material

  • Providing a resource facility for Dental staff and staff from partner agencies

  • Day to day office administration support as required
