An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Bookkeeper/Administrator to work in an exceptional care home based in the Alton, Hampshire area.

You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

As the Bookkeeper/Admin your key duties include:

  • Deal with general, telephone enquiries and correspondence and administrative matters

  • Be responsible for the maintenance of personal records of staff, including sickness and absence, holidays, timesheets

  • General filing, photocopying and organisation of system

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

  • Previous experience of working in an office and undertaking general administration duties

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Professional and confident telephone manner

  • Strong numeracy and communication skills

  • Manual and/or electronic bookkeeping experience

  • Relevant qualifications (in administration or bookkeeping) are not essential, nor is experience of having worked in a care home - although both would be preferred

The successful Bookkeeper/Admin will receive an excellent salary up to £14.46 per hour DOE.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working through Days.
