Service Care Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a Chambers UK and Legal 500 recommended law firm who are seeking a Family Solicitor to join their South West London offices.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing multiservice firm with strong prospects of long-term progression.

ROLE: Family Solicitor
LOCATION: South West London
PQE: 1 to 5 years
SALARY: £35,000 to £55,000 plus benefits

The Role

• To run a fully caseload predominantly related to Matrimonial and private Childcare Law matters, as well as the occasional public law case


• Cases include private/public children matters, divorce and finance, pre/post nuptial agreements and domestic violence


• To assist more junior members of staff when required to do so


• To assist with any marketing and business development initiatives

The Person

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with ideally between 1 to 5 years' PQE


• Strong Family Law experience related to childcare, divorce and domestic violence is essential


• Previous advocacy experience would be highly beneficial for this position


• A strong team player with good ability to work well under pressure
