Residential Support Worker

A CQC rated Good service is recruiting for a support worker on a full time basis to join their team in supporting their six clients with their care plans.

£150 Bonus for successful applications!

Hours: Consistent hours

Shift Times: Long Days, Early Shifts, Late Shifts

Pay Rates: £12 - £13 ph Ltd

Location: Exmouth, Devon

Role:

A 6 bed residential care home for adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

Day to day you will be supporting the service users with both social and domestic activities to enable them to live their lives as independently as possible through a person centred approach.

The clients are pleasant to support displaying minimum challenging behaviour and we are looking for someone who is confident in supporting and developing specialised care plans.

This is a CQC ‘Good' rated service with a experienced and friendly staffing and management team.

We are searching for someone who is on the search for permanent employment and ongoing consistent shifts.

Candidate Requirements

• Essential to have previous experience within Health & Social Care


• Preferable to have NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent


• Preferable to be seeking full time hours


• Preferable to have a valid DBS


• Preferable to drive
