I am hiring for an All-round Multi Trade to work in Loughborough carrying out brickwork, Roofing and Fencing etc.

This is a full time role working in the area carrying out domestic repairs and maintenance work for the council.

You will need your own vehicle for this role.

Mileage will be paid for.

The Job.

1.

Carry out all types of outside work in a multi-skilled environment - Brickworks, pointing, Roofing Fencing etc.

2.

Complete work to a high standard in a timely manner.

3.

Working in tenanted and empty properties on the outside projects.

4.

Use of PDA will be required, training will be provided

5.

Clothing and PPE provided

1.

Own transport required, Mileage will be paid

Requirements.

· City And Guilds and/or NVQ professional Craft level qualification in Joinery

· Full UK Driver License with own vehicle.

· Experience of PDA technology

· Demonstrable experience of working in the building and trades industry.

· Happy for us to carry out a basic DBS check
