HR Operations Officer
HR Operations Officer needed with Bath and North East Somerset Council
Start Date- ASAP
Location - Keynsham (hybrid)
Duration - Initially 6 months
Hours per week - 37 hours per week
Salary - £14 ltd an hour
Description:
- To provide an efficient and responsive HR Operations service, acting as first point of contact for all HR operations queries, providing advice and guidance to managers and staff across the Council
- Working as part of the HR Operations team and HR & OD service ensuring that an effective, timely and joined up customer service is provided to managers, employees and members across the council
What is required?
- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
- Experience of providing administrative and technical support for a range of HR Operations functions including employee life cycle, recruitment, HR system maintenance and development, financial controls
- Experience of advising and providing first resolution of queries on conditions of service, employee lifecycle matters, recruitment and general employment enquiries
