Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an service Manager on a full time permanent basis for a small group of supported living services across the Bordon, Petersfield area in East Hampshire.

£250 Bonus for successful applications!

Hours: Full Time , 37.5 hours across 5 days (some weekend work will be required)
Salary: £31,156 per annum
Location: Bordon, East Hampshire
Position: Permanent

You will be responsible for a total of 4 small supported living projects including community based clients within the Bordon, Petersfield area.

The clients of the services are supported with their learning disabilities and complex needs within their own specialised support plan.

The area supports 18 clients in total.

We are looking for a candidate who is local or within a reasonable commuting distance to have a presence within the projects holding previous experience in management of CQC registered services and supporting learning disabilities.

The employer is a nationwide award winning charity which has been established for over 50 years.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years Management experience in Health & Social Care Setting

  • Essential to have experience in supporting clients with learning disabilities

  • Preferable NVQ or QCF Level 5 Health & Social Care Management or willing to work towards

  • Preferable to have a valid DBS

  • Essential to be a driver with access to a vehicle
