Job Description

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority in Greater Manchester for a Principal Auditor.

You will assist in the provision of an internal audit and risk management service that is efficient, effective and economic, conducted in a professional manner and in accordance with Council Policies and the Public Sector Internal Audit Standards (PSIAS).

Ideal Candidate

• You will have in depth knowledge of auditing and key management principles


• You will have full CCAB qualification (CIPFA, ICAEW, CIMA, ACCA)


• You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in auditing or accounting, staff supervision and report writing ideally in a local authority.
