Office Admin

We have an excellent opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team in Bolton.

We have a position working with an established Manufacturer based in Horwich.

Your duties as an Office Administrator will include;

  • Entering data using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Calling and receiving calls from drivers regarding deliveries

  • Acting as primary contact for staff and building maintenance team

  • Overseeing general office maintenance

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday.

You will be working a standard 40 hour week with an immediate start available.

You will need;

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Previous telephone experience

  • Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
