As a Support worker you will assist in delivering the accommodation support and activities service in Milestone House, the emergency accommodation provision for single homeless customers, ensuring quality of service and continuous improvement for customers.

You will be part of a staff team that cover shifts over a 7-day period from 8am - 8pm, who provide support and advice to some of the most vulnerable individuals in the city who find themselves homeless.

You will maintain a high-quality customer service focus in all aspects of the role ensuring that appropriate needs, risk assessments and support plans are completed and reviewed within the procedural time frames.

Salary £10.60 to £12.92 per hour

35 hours per week (Including weekends)

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience working with vulnerable adults


• Enhanced DBS
