Cleaner - Mitcham

Service Care Construction are currently recruiting on behalf of a housing association based in Mitcham who require a cleaner to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Previous experience within a cleaning position is essential for this role.

This is a permanent, full time position working 40 hours per week.

The role involves the following duties:

· Maintain high standards of cleaning and ensure health and safety and hygiene standards are met
· Report of any risks, damages etc
· Record any repairs that require attention
· Work as part of a team to clean reception, front of building, stairs, offices, restaurant, toilets, kitchen, laundry room, etc
· Clean all floors and dust/polish all surfaces
· Emptying of bins

Previous experience within a similar role is essential for this position.
