A premier independent care provider – one of the UK’s top 25 companies to work for in 2021 – is now looking for an empathetic Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join their “Good”-rated care home just outside Uckfield, which provides person-centred elderly care within view of the renowned Ashdown Forest.

The centre offers residential and nursing care for adults with age-related needs as well as a selection of purpose-built assisted living apartments.

With landscaped grounds, a sensory garden, multiple lounges, and a dedicated space for a wide range of planned activities – including animal therapy, music performances, knitting club, crafts classes, and pampering sessions, alongside regular outings – residents are able to take part in a vibrant and thriving community.

As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA), you will support the residents to live well and keep active in a friendly and caring environment.

This is a permanent HCA role for 33 hours per week, with day and night shift patterns available.
