A premier independent care provider – one of the UK’s top 25 companies to work for in 2021 – is now looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (Adult or Mental Health) to join their “Good”-rated care home as a Nurse Manager for the home’s tailored nursing and specialist dementia care provision.

As a Nurse Manager with the home, you will use your extensive clinical expertise and organisational acumen to plan, manage and monitor the delivery of care that is consistently safe, effective, and respectful of the wishes of each resident.

This is a permanent, full-time Care Home Nurse Manager role for 40 hours per week, days only.

Person specification:

You must be registered with the NMC as a Registered Adult Nurse (RN Adult) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).

You must have substantial clinical and managerial nursing experience, including in producing well-developed care plans, risk assessments, and service improvements.
