This is a lovely job, working for a small group of nursing homes based in the Hythe area of Kent.

They have an overall CQC rating of Good and aim to provide a comfortable and welcoming ‘home from home’ for their residents.

The right people for these roles will have high professional standards, good communication skills and a desire to work as part of a committed nursing team, providing care for elderly residents.

Reporting to the Home Manager, you will help achieve the high standards of nursing care expected by supervising, encouraging and motivating staff, to ensure that shifts run smoothly and efficiently.

Salary:
£20.00 for day shifts during the week plus 25p p/h at weekends
£22.00 for night shifts during the week plus 25p p/h at weekends
