Senior Residential Support Worker needed in a Children's Home based in Redhill

Start Date- ASAP

Location - Redhill

Duration - Permanent

Hours per week - Full Time

Salary - £25,700 - £29,200 plus £1000 after passing probation

Description:

• To take a lead role in ensuring the care and welfare of each child in placement is maintained whilst also giving guidance and support to all Residential Workers


• To ensure that all staff are familiar with and are following the Local Authority Child Protection Procedures and Families for Children Residential Services ‘Safer Caring and Child Protection Procedures'


• To promote and ensure all policies, procedures and risk assessments are adhered to and that confidentiality is always maintained

What is required?

• NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare


• 2 years experience within Residential Childcare and working with young people
