Lettings Team Administrator

We currently are working with a Housing Association based in Lewisham - and we are looking for a Lettings Team Administrator.



Full Time- 9- 5

Temp Contract - 5 days per week/ based in the office ( no agile working available)

The Main Purpose of the role:

To provide an effective, flexible, responsive and people-focused administrative support service.

To assist the Lettings, Housing Management and Anti-Social Behaviour teams in delivering their day-to-day service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:



  • To undertake administrative tasks for the Lettings, Housing Management and Anti-Social Behaviour services such as filing, invoicing and ordering supplies



  • To be a central point of contact for internal and external customers by phone, email and in person



  • To manage diaries and take minutes in meetings as required



  • To work with the Lettings, Housing Management and Anti-Social Behaviour teams in developing and improving service to customers, including supporting projects, events and business plan tasks as required



  • To update, enter data and maintain information on databases, mainframe systems and on paper and generate agreed management reports as requested



  • To support all internal and external events to support other services as required by the Lettings Team Leader
