An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in a brand new nursing home which opened recently in the Didcot, Oxfordshire area.

*To be considered for this role you will be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Leading, supervising and training the care team


• General Nursing duties-Wound care/general observation/blood sugar level testing/liaising with other healthcare professionals to give the best care


• Being responsible for ordering, storing and administering medication


• Keeping precise, up to date records


• Maintaining the Client's dignity and respect at all times

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Ability to lead a team with a passion for hands on care


• Supportive and great at communicating


• Able to adapt to different personalities within your team, and build and maintain strong working relationships, whilst sharing and demonstrating your own knowledge to your care team


• Able to prioritise your time efficiently to ensure all documentation is kept up to date


• Able to work well within the individual teams and not afraid to get ‘stuck in'


• Minimum of 1 year Nursing practice

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £22.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to £50,336 per annum!!! We currently have vacancies for both days and night shifts available.
