Location - Birmingham
Rate - £20-£24 PAYE Per hour (Paid weekly by an umbrella company).

• Responsible for the development, production and analysis of workforce information to support services with strategic workforce planning activity.


• Work alongside the workforce planning lead, to identify and resource workforce information requirements and analysis for key service developments, including all workforce planning requirements and in doing so develop improvements in data management techniques and methods.


• Examine ways in which workforce data can be used more effectively to support service improvements, team configuration, service redesign and effective workforce planning.
  
  Initiate innovative uses of workforce data to support continuous improvements in the management and development of the workforce.
