Band 2 NHS Reception/ Administrator Assistant

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Band 2 Receptionist/ Administrator Assistant role to work within the NHS on a temporary agency contact.

This role will be based in Driffield.

22.5 hours per week
3 days per week (Friday full day & 2 flexible days)

PAYE Rate - £9.84
Limited Rate - £11.93

Main Duties
To undergo administrative work and provide secretarial support to the Learning Disabilities Service Team within the Alfred Bean Hospital.

This will include being the first point of contact for team/ department, which could involve duties such as:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors

  • Directing telephone calls

  • Receiving initial enquiries

  • Filing/ pulling PT notes

  • Writing letters

  • Ensuring paperwork is completed by patients medical histories and PR forms

  • Reception Cover

  • Scanning & general typing for the team

Skills Preferred

  • Lorenzo Experience ( Training will provided if not)
