Stock control administrator

Job Title: Stock control administrator
Work Pattern: 37 hours per week
Type: Temp ongoing
Location: Basildon SS14

Purpose of the role -
We're looking for an administrator with experience working to support a stock control team to join our client on a temporary ongoing basis.

The post will be based on site five days a week in Basildon, you will be working Monday to Friday with a earlier finish on Friday.
Job Role - key duties

  • General administrative duties

  • Supporting the management of goods in and out of the factory

  • Ensuring stock deliveries are logged and stored appropriately

  • Updating stock management records to ensure a full audit trail and to ensure sufficient stock levels

  • Using in house software and systems

  • Supporting with other functions within the factory when required

Candidate Requirements -

  • Ability to use a variety of computer packages

  • Self-motivated, well organised and methodical, and able to work with a minimum of supervision.

  • Able to organise work and schedule tasks, methodically and systematically with regard for deadlines

  • Able to work and remain calm under pressure
