Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a Local Authority, based in North West London, which is in need of an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their team.

Role: Employment Lawyer

Contract length: 3 months ongoing

Rate: £40-£45ph Umbrella

Location: North West London

The Role:

• Dealing with complex Employment Law caseloads from start to completion


• Deliver Employment Law advice and tribunal applications in a local Government context


• Drafting and negotiating documents including tribunal proceedings and other documents relating to Employment law when necessary

• To appear in court and in chambers on litigious matters as appropriate

The Person:

• Someone with 3+ year's PQE in Employment Law


• Ideally someone who has experience with complex Employment law cases in a Local Authority


• Someone who is comfortable defending Employment Tribunal claims
