Service Care Solutions are looking for a Trainer to work within a Government Entity on a 18-Month Contract.

Location: RAF Cranwell

Job Role/Responsibilities:

As a WSO/WSOp Sensor Operator Instructor your main responsibilities would be:

• The theoretical and practical instruction, as directed by the Head of Section, of students during Foundation or Advanced Sensor Operator phases.
  
  You may also be tasked to instruct refresher WSOps/WSOs and exchange officers to the standards prescribed in the approved syllabi.


• The assessment of student performance with reference to the assessment specification pre-scribed in the approved syllabi.
  
  Student attainment levels, whether acceptable or not, should be appropriately advised to the student and be reported to your command chain.


• The timely and accurate preparation of student reports and documentation required by sub paras a & b above.


• Assist the Head of Section in the daily supervision and welfare of students during all phases of training.


• Advice and guidance to students in both Foundation and Advanced phases to ensure their continual personal development.


• Management and security of all classified material held in the department.

Qualifications Required:

• Qualified WSOp ISTAR (Sensor).


• Operational experience as a Sensor Operator on Reaper/ Shadow.


• AIC/DTTT.
