Resourcing and Reward Manager


Job Title: Resourcing and Reward Manager
Work Pattern: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Standard hours are 8:30am-4:50pm but we operate within a flexitime policy
Type: Permanent
Location: Nottingham NG2 (hybrid working)
Salary: £46,662 - £49,703 per annum

Purpose of the role -
We're looking for a Resourcing and Reward Manager to promote our client as a great place to work advising on all matters relating to resourcing, benefits, job evaluation and workforce planning, ensuring the Company has the right people in place to provide a first class service to customers
Job Role - key duties



  • Works closely with the Organisational Development Manager to create and deliver recruitment and workforce planning strategies that attract talent, promote internal development through the organisation and support managers to deliver excellent services

  • Managing the Company Establishment and all corresponding documents (job descriptions and job evaluation numbers) to minimise risk and cost issues across the business

  • Responsible for job evaluation and developing company payroll and reward strategies

  • Develops strategies to source and attract the best talent using a variety of tools including digital, social media and traditional candidate services

  • Ensures all employment contractual arrangements are in place and complied with

  • Promotes employability across all services, supporting the development of employment initiatives for residents where the opportunity arises

  • Prepare, interpret and present complex reports to senior management and the board



Candidate Requirements -



  • knowledge of Internal resourcing

  • Management of company structure and establishment

  • Experience of working with payroll

  • Involvement in pension contract management would be a positive

  • Experience of internal and/or agency recruitment

  • Experience of managing a team

  • Knowledge and experience of job evaluation would be desirable

  • Experience and knowledge of managing employee benefits packages
