HR Administrator

We have an excellent opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a Civil Engineering organisation as part of their Rail division.

You will be joining the team at the Leeds depot to provide support to the HR team.

As a HR Administrator you will be responsible for supporting with;

  • Induction and integration of new starters

  • Dealing with leavers (issuing leavers letters, amending payroll, updating files)

  • Payroll support (amendments such as contract and benefits changes)

  • Recruitment (advertising all vacancies, managing recruitment inbox, organising interviews)

  • General administration such as maintaining files, recording absences and sickness

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday.

You will be working a standard 37.5 hour week with potential to take overtime.

An immediate start is available.

You will need;

  • Competent ability with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Previous experience in HR Admin (2+ years)

  • A Level or equivalent qualifications


  • Experience in a Construction or Engineering sector

  • CIPD or equivalent

  • Good knowledge of UK employment law
