Band 4 Administrator

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Band 4 administrator role to work within the NHS on a temporary agency contact.

This role will be based in Hammersmith, Inner London.

37.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri)

PAYE Rate - £12.95 (£16 Ltd Rate) paid weekly via an umbrella company.

Main Duties
To undergo administrative work and provide secretarial support to various teams, wards or departments within the hospital.

This will include being the first point of contact for team/ department, which could involve duties such as:

  • Typing consultant letters

  • Organising appointments

  • General administrative tasks as and when required

  • Monitoring of two inboxes

  • Some reception cover and data entry etc

Skills Preferred

  • RIO or S1 experienced

  • IT literate

  • Minute taking

  • Dealing with a high volume of calls

  • Experience in managing an admin inbox on outlook
