Hours - 37.5
Location - Birmingham
Rate of Pay - £11-£13 PAYE (Paid Weekly By an Umbrella Company)
The IT Service Centre provides single point of contact and liaison for all internal and external IM&T Incidents, Requests and enquiries.



We are looking for an experienced IT Service Centre Analyst who is customer focussed and able to provide extensive 1st and 2nd Level IT Support.

The candidate has experience in AD, logging incidents and effectively reporting all IT issues and resolve.
