Desktop Support Technician

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Desktop Support Technician to work in the NHS in Norwich on a temporary agency contract.

Hours
Monday to Friday 9-5

Rates
£15.00PAYE (£18.60Ltd) paid weekly via an umbrella

Job Role



  • Experience of Microsoft Intune / mobile phones is needed

  • Incident Management

  • Service Request Fulfilment

  • Problem Management

  • Proactive Monitoring

  • Systems Support

  • Configuration Management

  • Technical Support


Qualifications



  • ITIL4 or ITILv3 Foundation

  • Microsoft Certification MCITP/MCSA Windows 11


Experience



  • Experience of Support of hardware/software issues within desktop environment.

  • Sound knowledge of basic networking principles,

  • Experience of using Active Directory and SCCM
