HR Co-ordinator

Service Care Solutions are looking to recruit a HR Resourcing Co-ordinator on behalf of a private client within the Bristol Area.

Previous experience as a HR Admin/Assistant in a commercial environment with a generalist or specialist role is required.


We are looking for someone to work on a 12 week contracted temporary basis working 9 - 5 Monday to Friday.

However this is to become permanent for the right candidate.

The service is one of UK's leading centres for the treatment of individuals, families and couples facing a wide range of psychiatric conditions.


Duties includes:




  • Recruitment-Working closely with the senior management to create and define innovative avenues and ideas in order to attract new candidates.

  • Onboarding-Onboarding candidates and ensuring all relevant documentation is received in a timely manner

  • Compliance-Ensure all perm/temp and bank staff are fully complaint with training and DBS'S.


  • Engagement and retention-

  • Absence management


Pay Rate £18p/h
