Andover branch has been an important part of company’s success, growing profitably over the past 5 years and now have an opening for the position of 360 Recruitment Consultant, working within a highly committed team that includes a Senior Consultant and Branch Manager, whom you will be reporting to.

The Recruitment Consultant will be expected to grow the multi-client A-Z business by providing HGV drivers of all categories.

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be recruiting professional drivers as well as placing them with existing and new clients.

You will be driving sales daily and will have a working knowledge of a CRM system to track all sales-related activity and so you should have suitable market sector knowledge, preferably in Andover and surrounding areas, potentially extending to other geographical areas such as Newbury, Basingstoke & Southampton.

We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate experience of successfully running an HGV driver recruitment desk, you will be a self-starter who can build strong working relationships with drivers, developing and overseeing the maintenance of a quality driving pool.

You will be a people person, enjoying the day-to-day branch objectives and challenges, you will be assertive but also diplomatic ensuring a cohesive working environment that is positive and engaging.

Alongside this, you will be responsible for ensuring your desk meets all regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards.

This position comes with a competitive On-Target package comprising:

•            Base salary of up to £30,000 per annum, depending on your experience and proven skills set.

•            On-Target Bonus of £5,000 per annum, paid at 100% if you meet agreed expectations for the role.

•            In addition, and at the Branch Managers’ discretion you can receive a quarterly Supplementary Bonus that is a proportion of the Gross Profit generated by your branch above a pre-   agreed threshold.
