Job Description
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority in Leicestershire for a Pay & Benefit Officer on a temporary basis.

The postholder will process pay, pension, statutory and voluntary deductions and employee benefits for new starters, leavers and contract changes.

They will also calculate changes to pay in accordance with occupational and statutory requirements and formally notify employees of changes to their terms and conditions and give accurate contractual advice to all customers

Ideal Candidate



  • Experience with payroll, pensions and finance

  • Experience of working in a Local Authority preferred

  • iTrent experience desirable

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills in order to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
