HR Administrator

HR Administrator needed with Swindon Borough Council

Start Date- ASAP

Location - Swindon

Duration - initially 3 months

Hours per week - 37 hours per week

Salary - up to £15 ltd an hour dependent on experience


  • To support the HR Admin Team

  • Hybrid working available (must be in the office every Wednesday and be available to attend the office on an ad-hoc basis)

  • You will act as a first point of contact for HR queries on a wide range of employee's pay, terms and conditions of employment and benefits, responsible for receiving and resolving enquiries through phone calls and emails

  • Process employee information, including starters and leavers, and amendments, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data input

What is required?

  • Experience as a HR administrator

  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel

  • Educated to GCSE Level A-C in English and Maths or equivalent
