Wage: £750 per day (Outside ir35)

Job Summary
This role provides specialist Service Design, introduction and transition expertise to develop a fit for purpose service wrap and support model for new and changing digital services and assuring the quality of service transition into the Live environment and the receiving Service Delivery Organisation.
A key part of the role will be the SD&I team working effectively with Business Engagement Managers, Project Managers, Live Service Teams and 3rd Party Suppliers to ensure adherence to a single, standardized SD&I Process to seamlessly delivering an end to end support model.

, Detailed understanding of project management methods and relevant MPS standards
, Detailed understanding of Service Design, Service Architecture and Service Transition.
, Familiarity with ITIL Service Design and Transition processes
, Deep knowledge of service support models and SLA's
, Familiarity with MPS governance structures
, Strong delivery focus and proactive style.
, Ability to lead and manage a team and provide consultancy to other projects.
, Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, and achieving results by influencing others.
, Effective conflict and issue resolution skills.
, Ability to influence senior business personnel and senior executive management in challenging situations.
, Excellent all-round communication skills, able to present to large and small groups alike.
, Excellent stakeholder and supplier management.

, 5+ years of Service Architecture / Design experience.
, ITIL Qualification(s) or demonstrable experience of working within an ITIL environment
, Experience of developing Service Management process capabilities through ITSM Tools e.g.

, Experience of working with Projects in all areas of the solution delivery lifecycle
, Experience of successfully design / managing Service Design activities for Projects.
, Experience of delivering fully outsourced, multi supplier projects and programmes.
, Experience of working within a public sector environment and public sector governance.
