Job Title: Data Administrator
Locations: Sevenoaks, TN13 (hybrid working 3 days at home 2 days in office)
Contract Type: Temporary ongoing
Weekly Hours: 37 Hours
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday
Start Date: 7th September

This role will be responsible for updating all the data held on Asbestos for all properties and ensuring that every property record has up to date and full details of the Asbestos.

This then ensures the safety of residents, staff and contractors.

  • Use Asbestos surveys and asbestos work reports to update the Asbestos Register.

  • Use the housing management system called Open Housing to update the asbestos register.

  • Ensure accuracy in updating records.

  • Flag any issues to the Head of Strategic Asset Management

  • Asbestos Co Ordinator will be available for any help and guidance on any Asbestos related issues.

Experience, knowledge and skills

  • Previous administration or data input experience

  • Ability to work to a tight deadline

  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential

  • Ability to escalate issues and ask for help when needed

  • Asbestos knowledge is desirable but not essential
