Head of Clinical Services - Neuro

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Head of Clinical Services - Neuro to work in an exceptional neurological service based in the Gloucester area.

You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This service is registered to care for people who suffer from neurological and spinal related disease or injury

As the Head of Clinical Services your key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver strong leadership and engaging communication amongst our staff, patients and hospital group

  • Demonstrate a strong track record of leading and developing high performing teams as you will be counted on to motivate and guide our teams, ensuring they perform to the best of their ability

  • You will be integral to the development of the strategic vision and plan for the hospital and will be accountable for delivery of quality and safety as well as customer and commercial results

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

  • A passion for nursing, mentorship and personal growth

  • Strong clinical experience and the ability to positively lead a team, ensuring that The Dean complies with CQC requirements

  • Ability to contribute within a strong Leadership team, supporting the overall development of The Dean as an excellent health care provider

  • Passion to deliver outstanding care in a rewarding and what can be a challenging environment

  • Experience in leading clinical governance

  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant legal and professional care/practice standards and evidence ongoing professional development

  • The ability to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders such as: Integrated Care Systems, Clinical Commissioning Groups, General Practitioners, Consultants and Suppliers

The successful Head of Clinical Services will receive an excellent salary up to £60,000 per annum DOE.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week.
