A premier independent care provider – rated one of the UK’s top 25 companies to work for in 2021 – is looking for a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join their modern and spacious home in Kettering.

Experience is not required – passion and flair for care are all you need.

As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA), you will support the elderly residents to live well in a warm, homely, and friendly environment.

The home itself is close to local amenities, with excellent transport links and easy access to green spaces (including a dedicated growing area for the residents!).

This is ideally a full-time (36 hours/week) role, with days-only, nights-only, or mixed shifts available to suit you.

Part-time hours may also be considered.

Person specification:

An NVQ Level 2/3 qualification or previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is desirable but not essential – training and development opportunities will be provided.

The wellbeing of all residents comes first and foremost, so as a precautionary measure, you must have had at least 2 doses of a COVID vaccine.
