Deputy Care Home Manager

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Care Home Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Larbert, Scotland area.

You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This care home provides a warm and homely living environment for people with learning disabilities, who may also have physical disabilities and mental health needs


*To be considered for this role you must have an NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care



As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:

  • To support the Registered Manager in maintaining policy & procedures in line with our regulatory bodies

  • Take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and manage the Service to the highest standards and be clinically strong

  • To line manage a team of staff and have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring they comply with the requirements of our regulators

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

  • Commitment to delivering high quality care

  • Previous deputy managerial experience in a similar environment

  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards

  • Fine tuned decision making skills

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Flexibility and strong “can do” attitude

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent annual salary of £22,000 per annum.

This exciting role is a Full Time role working 40 hours a week.
