Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a administrator to work in Oxford on a temporary agency contract in the NHS.

£9.79 (£11.87ltd) an hour paid weekly via an umbrella company
Proposed end date:
6 months from start

Brief description of role:

  • Reception duties,

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post,

  • Answering queries in person /telephone/email.

  • Receipt of goods,

  • Co-ordinating meetings,

  • Training,

  • Good IT skills,

  • Photocopying,filing,

  • Scanning,

  • Shredding,

Essential skills:

  • Computer skills,

  • Use of office equipment,

  • Admin experience,

  • Team worker,

  • Communication (written/Verbal),

  • Able to multi task, prioritisation,

  • To be able to work under pressure,

  • Self motivated,

  • Flexible
