Service Care Legal are working alongside a Housing Association in the London and Essex area who seeking a Compliance Access Project Lawyer to join the operational side of their business.

ROLE: Compliance Access Project Lawyer
LOCATION: London / Essex / Remote
RATE: £28.00 to £35.00 per hour
CONTRACT: 4 to 6 months

Please note that it would be preferable for the candidate to be able to use their own transport, although this can be negotiable.

The Role

• To manage a project related to property access and compliance issues for the housing association


• To issue pre-court documentation and co-ordinate visits by front facing teams


• Complete and submit court paperwork and attend when necessary


• Ensuring injunctions are served and where necessary enforced by the courts

The Person

• A qualification Legal Executive or Solicitor with experience of dealing with social housing or injuction cases


• Previous housing association work would be beneficial but not essential


• It is essential that the right person has experience of issuing documents for court


• Knowledge of the county court system including enforcement of orders
