Facilities Management Administrator Westminster

Facilities assistant

Service care construction are recruiting for a permanent facilities assistant for facilities management company based in the Westminster area.

We require 2 years' experience in face to face facilities management for this role, the duties include:

  • Maintain a visible presence with building users and providing a high quality service and customer experience.

  • Co-coordinate and collation of management information as required by the workplace lead.

  • To work with service line managers, handling all requests from clients and customers.

  • First point of contact for facilities management activities.

  • Conduct weekly floor audits within the building and log any jobs with the helpdesk.

  • Interface between tenants, client and our services.

  • Be a “go to” person for Tenants, and client interface

Personal skills

  • Self-disciplined and able to work on own initiative.

  • Experience in using CAFM systems.

  • Flexible and adaptable approach.

  • Always remains calm, patient and polite when receiving customer feedback.

  • Computer literacy, competent in Microsoft office, word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook.

  • Be helpful and go out of your way to help guests, employees and the public.

  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential for this role.
