Receptionist
Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Receptionist to work in High Wycombe on a temporary agency contract in the NHS.
Pay
£9.79 (£11.87ltd) an hour paid weekly via an umbrella company
Hours
37.5 hours per week.
Monday to Friday
Job Role
- Providing support in reception - processing telephone calls,
- greeting patients who attend clinic appointments,
- Sorting the post,
- checking the team email inboxes,
- patient record keeping,
- reporting and following up estates queries,
- signing in and out (safe safety procedures).
Qualifications or IT skills required:
- Experience of using Microsoft office - outlook, word, excel etc.
Essential skills:
- Experience of using Microsoft office
- Experience of customer service
