Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Receptionist to work in High Wycombe on a temporary agency contract in the NHS.

£9.79 (£11.87ltd) an hour paid weekly via an umbrella company

37.5 hours per week.

Monday to Friday

Job Role

  • Providing support in reception - processing telephone calls,

  • greeting patients who attend clinic appointments,

  • Sorting the post,

  • checking the team email inboxes,

  • patient record keeping,

  • reporting and following up estates queries,

  • signing in and out (safe safety procedures).

Qualifications or IT skills required:

  • Experience of using Microsoft office - outlook, word, excel etc.

Essential skills:

  • Experience of using Microsoft office

  • Experience of customer service
