Job Title: Business Analyst
Basis: Full Time
Hours: 36 Hours per week
Type: Temp up to 3 months
Location: Billericay but predominantly homeworking
Start Date : ASAP

Job Role -
As Business Analyst you will work as part of a team to identify areas of potential improvement, finding solutions to business problems using research and analysis techniques.

You will analyse trends and behaviours and be a lateral thinker.

One who is willing to put forward thought provoking ideas to challenge our leadership team to improve services.

You will document any identified changes and act as a contact between IT and specific business areas, predominant property services.

My client are on an exciting journey to deliver transformational change in the way they operate.

The role of Business Analyst will play a fundamental part in making this happen by having a disruptive influence to challenge what they do to identify opportunities and improve their performance.


Candidate Requirements -

• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills


• Advanced Excel.
  
  Pivot Tables and V-Lookups


• Understanding of compliance and Asset functions


• Experience of the following systems/software would be beneficial - MS Dynamics, Keystone-Civica


• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills


• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail


• Working knowledge of Windows office systems


• Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives


• Report development skills
