Job title: Trainee Recruitment Resourcer (Healthcare)

Salary: £18,525 per year, full-time, permanent

We are a specialist healthcare recruiter with a unique operating strategy, about to celebrate our 20th trading year. Based in state-of-the-art offices and servicing a client group including the NHS and national private sector healthcare groups, our employees are on the front line tackling permanent staffing shortages in the health sector.

We’re hiring a Trainee Recruitment Resourcer to join our team of dedicated professionals using cutting edge tools to support our clients’ needs.  

Your day will be challenging and varied, as you work with our Resourcing team to identify and attract healthcare professionals across the spectrum.

Based exclusively on the telephone, you will work in a dynamic office environment speaking to clinical professionals under the supervision of an experienced and supportive team.

You will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of both patients and staff at the organisations we partner with, as well as giving yourself the chance to learn and develop alongside talented colleagues. 

You will have a polite and assured telephone manner, as well as a willingness to develop your skills in professional surroundings.

You must also be prepared to operate in a fast-paced environment, in which you will take a pro-active approach to your work.
